Eating fish every day when it’s Corrigan’s makes life easy , fish is so fresh and tasty but I do love Panko breadcrumbs and I do like wrapping the salmon in baking wrap after poring a Marinade of toasted sesame oil, rice vinigar, a little sugar and chilli flakes , the fish goes in the oven and all the above steam the fish, open the parcel and it’s sooo. Good . Great to serve with rice or healthy veg .

Cooked these gently in rolls with butter in tinfoil served with Parmesan and cream sauce and chives Lively subtle fresh flavours
