Baked in aluminum foil Halibut fish

Ingredients
2 Halibut fish fillets
2 Cups of packed spinach
The Juice of half a lemon
1 Pinch of salt
1 Pinch of pepper
1 Pinch of smoked paprika
1 sliced lemon
½ Sliced green onions
1 Deseeded and thinly sliced red chili
1 Cup of halved cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp of avocado oil
Directions
Place two squares of the same size of halibut fish over a flat surface
Divide the spinach between the squares
Place the halibut over a chopping board; then remove the membrane and the bone
You should have about 5 pieces all in all
Lay the first 2 pieces of halibut over each of the spinach piles; then squeeze the lemon over each part
Season with smoke paprika
Top with lemon slices
Top each fillet with the sliced green onions, the chili and the cherry tomatoes
Pour 1 tbsp of avocado oil over each fish portion
Tightly wrap the foil around the fish; then arrange the two in the flat pan
Cook for about 10 minutes over a medium high heat on the stove or you can bake in an oven
Remove when the fish turns into gold
Serve and enjoy your halibut dish!
