The salmon is beautiful when simply pan fried in a little olive oil. Very fresh and juicy.

My previous Corrigan fish box order was almost used up so I ordered the Best Seller & Chicken Combo box on Tues.18th Aug around teatime & it was delivered to my doorstep at 5,30am on Wed 19th. Efficient, excellent & prompt service, as always.

I wrap my fish & chicken in packs to suit my usage.The quality & size of the fish is so much better than those in supermarkets,as are the chicken fillets. We are not big meatveaters so the fush & chicken combo suits us very well.
Amazing, this Angel cut is always so fresh and tasty, I made it in batter for a change, SR flour, salt, milk and water and deep fry. Accompanied with garlic mashed potatoes with Korean crisp seawood.

I got a crepe maker and tried cooking the sea bass on it. It worked out really well. Very tasty, crispy skin and moist inside.

I used the grey sole to make Baked Fish with Golden Coconut Sauce. The taste was amazing and the fish worked perfectly. My photo doesn’t do it justice.

It was my first time to order Scottish oysters from Bernard Corrigan. The oysters were unexpectedly fresh and tasty. Also they managed to have quick delivery. I ordered on Wednesday night and received on Thursday morning. It was a very good experience. My family was happy with the oysters and delivery. Definitely will order again!
