Salmon fillet (453.5g)
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1 Teaspoon of finely grated fresh ginger
1 Pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper, freshly ground
1 Tablespoon of lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons of orange juice
1 Tablespoon of butter

Directions
Melt the butter in a heavy cast iron skillet over a medium high heat.
Sprinkle the salmon with ginger, sea salt and paprika.
Make the orange sauce by stirring the juiced lemon with the orange juice and the melted butter in a jar and shake the mixture.
Place the salmon in the skillet and with the skin side down and cook for about 4 minutes.
Lower the heat and flip the salmon to cook for about 4 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the skillet and let rest for 2 minutes.
Place the cooked salmon on a serving platter and serve it with the orange sauce.
