Ingredients
King Prawns Peeled & Deviened IQF
1 Tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil, divided
¼ Chopped Onion
1 Minced garlic cloves
1 Chopped bell pepper
1 Teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
1 Pinch of Kosher salt
1 Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
½ Tablespoon of lemon juice
½ Tablespoon of freshly chopped parsley
Directions
In a large skillet and over a medium high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Add the onion and the bell pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the garlic and cook for about 1 additional minute.
Transfer the vegetables to a bowl.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan; then add the prawns in one single layer and season with 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper and the Cajun seasoning.
Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes; then add the vegetables and the lemon juice; then toss very well until combined, and garnish with parsley.
