Sunday Brunch Grazing Board

Ingredients
200g Smoked Salmon
1 Bunch of Radish (Cleaned and cut in half or left whole with their greens)
1 Cucumber (Sliced into thin coins)
1 Red Onion (Sliced thinly)
Mixed Salad Leaf
2 Carrots (Peeled and cut into bâtonnet)
Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
1 small black radish (Sliced thinly)
Hard-Boiled Eggs
Fresh Herbs – Dill or Basil
150g cream cheese
4g chopped parsley
7g chopped chives
72g fresh lemon juice

Herbed Cream Cheese Spread
Directions
Boiled Eggs
In a medium-size saucepan, add the eggs and cover them with cold water. Over medium heat, cook the eggs for about 8-10 minutes.
Once cooked through, remove the pot from the heat, strain the water from the pan and run cold water over the eggs.
This will stop the cooking process and peeling the eggshells off much easier.
Slice the eggs about ½’’ thick.
