The Role

As a Fishmonger at Bernard Corrigan LTD, your primary duties will include:

  • Filleting various types of fish to meet customer specifications with speed and precision.
  • Packing products for despatch ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Working with high volumes of seafood, so knife skills and some previous experience is preferred.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Butchery: At least one year of fishmonger or butchery experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Shift Details:

  • Flexible shifts available: 8 or 10-hour night shifts.
  • Permanent positions with an immediate start for the right candidates.
