Quality produce as always from Bernard Corrigan!! Pan fried Chicken Supreme with creamed cabbage and mashed potato. Absolutely delicious and would thoroughly recommend!
Excellent value
These chicken supremes are a great size and so much tastier than regular chicken breast fillets. Always cook well and look great on the plate.

Beautiful fresh fish . We also love the huge prawns even though they are frozen. Excellent service and the staff are so helpful. I was going out and the lovely young chap called the deliver driver and called me back with the time he would arrive . The order arrived exactly when he said and the driver had a smile too .
So succulent and plenty to eat in one portion- great on the barbecue.

Really tasty, great value too
This is our third delivery of produce from Corrigans and yet again , they have delivered quality and excellent produce . I am afraid this time I dont have any photogrpahs. Because, by the time my chef ( ie the Mrs) has prepared the food, I dont stand on ceremeony, waft in the aroma of her sauces for the Chicken Supremes. By the time I think about photographs I have eaten what's on the plate. All deliveries of the chicken have been tender, cook well , and , I have to say it, my wife is a great cook, but having this produce enhances her culinary skills , supplying me with great tastes and quality restaurant dining at home.!
