Mouthwatering fresh Tuna marinaded in Soya Sauce then pan fried with Olive Oil and served with a dash of lime. Fast food which is nutritious and delicious.

The quality of this tuna is fantastic, cooks really well, never dry or super tasty. I made sushi with this and it was delicious.
Absolutely delicious fresh tuna !!
I am sharing my experiences as its only fair to give credit where credit is due. My wife purchased Tuna Steaks and again you will see a thread through any comments I make that " I am Not a great fish lover" . However, a nice simple bowl of noodles in a nice broth , with some chillis, lime & coriander (cilantro if your from the USA) and Soya sauce or Malaysian Katchup. Add the Corrigan's fresh Tuna and wham you have a perfect mid week dinner.
