Coat the fish in melted butter or oil, by pulling it through and turning. Spread with a little mayonnaise and coat with painkillers breadcrumbs. You could grill or bake 15/20 mins at 180 degrees fan.

Wow, that was my first order, really impressed at the good old fashioned service brought up to date. Great next day delivery, nice clean van & well presented very polite delivery guy. The quality & freshness of the fish is truly superb & excellent value. What a difference from the seedy poor tasting supermarket fish or standing about waiting for a fish van that may or may not come at sometime or other. So much better the best of stuff direct to your door. Please don't change anything, it's perfect as it is & I'll certainly reckon I'll be back each month for another order. Well done!!
