The hake was beautifully soft and creamy. Cooked with garlic, butter, asparagus, prawns, capers and cucumber. Absolutely delicious. Definitely on my next order.

I ordered 7 Hake steaks to arrive on Friday,they arrived early Friday morning. They were beautifully packed and a good size.Tasted wonderful,firm flesh and so fresh.Cooked in white wine having been marinated with garlic,lemon and Bay leaves,delicious.
Sorry no pic, just had the most delicious piece of hake! Tasty but delicately flavoured, simply pan fried with parsley, olive oil and butter. Served with baby pots and roasted veg. I haven’t eaten hake for years but this will definitely be in my next order, it was 😋.
Fresh hake shallow fried and served on smashed new potatoes with a sour cream and mustard sauce… can’t be beaten. Always high quality fresh fish from Corrigans.

The Hake Fillets were excellent. We had them with a simple herb and lemon butter to let the freshness and flavour of the fish speak for itself. Delicious!
