First time purchasing the jumbo eggs and they are fantastic value. Shells don’t disintegrate when cracking them, which is a normal occurrence with eggs from supermarket . Super !!!
Quality eggs only one double yolker this week . Last week i was lucky to have four double yolkers . You never know what your getting until you crack that shell !

Eating Corrigans fresh fish nearly every day keeps us healthy , don’t put on extra weight and there are so many ways to cook and enjoy . Today it’s cold and damp so Fish Thai curry , made in 20 mins , delicious.
