I used my last piece of monkfish to make sri lankan fish curry. Such great flavour in this as the base of my dish. Thankfully a fresh order arrived today, so don't need to be sad that I used the last piece.

Lovely monkfish curry with rice and naan bread. Firm meaty texture fish which cooks well.
Really good quality fish, solid chunks curried in coconut milk, tomatoes and garlic. Well worth the money.

Im so sorry i didnt take a photo of our dinner but i can honestly say the scallops and monkfish made for one of our most memorable hogmanay neals. A highlight to end an otherwise grim few months.
