The trout tasted great but the very best thing about it was not having to pin bone it. Buying trout anywhere else always meant pin boning which I hate doing. Thanks.
Beautiful fish
These trout fillets are delicious, I just oven bake for 10 minutes or so on a medium heat. Olive oil, salt and pepper, maybe a little lemon or sumac. So fresh and delicate with a quick delivery service. Would highly recommend.

Trout has often been my choice for a meat free Christmas dinner but always from Corrigan's because it is so fresh and a generous size.
