The salmon is beautiful when simply pan fried in a little olive oil. Very fresh and juicy.

The salmon was so fresh and flavoursome. I cooked it, (as always), in the oven with just a little seasoning and served with a squeeze of lemon along with steamed veg and a baked potato. Nothing else required!
I love my salmon, they boosted my energy , very good and tasty. Don't need any tablets for my bones. People ask what's my secret l refer them to your salmon, spinach, broccoli and red potatoes, 2 pcs garlic crushed leave for 10 minutes, drizzle of extra virgin olive 6+630pm last meal before bed. Slept like a blessed peaceful 🍼
