I got a crepe maker and tried cooking the sea bass on it. It worked out really well. Very tasty, crispy skin and moist inside.

Delivered to the door this morning and pan fried this evening with boiled new potatoes and mixed salad. The fish was fresh and tasty. Perfect meal.

Just cooked our sea bass. Grilled with king prawns and served with buttery crushed potatoes and salsa. Delicious. We buy the sea bass regularly and it’s always delicious! (Couple of bones in these today but that’s the first time that’s happened).

We have included sea bass every week in our order because it’s so delicious, simply pan-fried with oil, butter, lemon and parsley. One fillet is enough but we happily shared an extra on this particular day!
Just baked for 15 mins @ 180 fan with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Could really taste the lovely fish.

Fantastic sea bass that was utterly delicious and fresh as a daisy! Never been let down by any of the produce from Bernard’s, which has been first class every time. Pan fried with a warm potato, red onion, fennel and artichoke salad. Top marks!
