Beautiful fish which I've ordered many times before. Now, I'm also ordering for other members of the family, after giving them some of my order to try, as they enjoyed it so much! Nice pieces of fish, I did mine baked in foil parcel in oven with cumin, coriander, onion, butter and garlic -served with salad & rice Magic.
Very versatile can be dressed up for visitors or down for anquiet night in.

I don't normally give reviews however, when you have the quality of food and level of service provided by Bernard Corrigan and their team, this needs to be applauded. I am delighted with my latest Bernard Corrigan order. I have in the past ordered the BBQ box which suits me & my husband & I did so again but I also ordered sea bream which is a delicate & delicious fish. In my last order I chose Sea Bass and Sea Bream. I'm familiar with Sea Bass but not with Sea Bream. I was very pleasantly surprised by the Sea Bream. It had a beautiful texture and lovely taste. I will definitely buy it again. One tiny gripe - for people like me who can't easily recognise which fish is which, it would help to write what is is on the pack. I struggled to identify which was the Bream but finally decided that the one looking a bit broader was the Bream. Phew!

Served the sea bream fillet pan fried on a bed of pea mash with a few garlic prawns ( king prawns which I had purchased earlier and kept in freezer) . Drizzled with the sauce of butter and garlic and sprinkled with some chopped parsley! Truly delicious!!
