First time buyer from Bernard Corrigan, excellent value pack. Picture shows Monkfish with tomato, ginger, garlic and chilli sauce, lovely dish, lovely fish! Used haddock for Italian baked fish dish a la Delia Smith , lovely with fresh salad. Lots of fish left in freezer, still to be tried. Will buy again , great service

The fish in the box is exceptional quality and value for money, superior to any supermarket. Will be making this a regular order. Also the loveliest delivery person we have had during lockdown, and there have been many!

Lovely.
The monkfish was delicious, it is one of my favourites, nice and chunky. We had the angel fish last night with a lemon, garlic, parsley, thyme dressing, it suited that dressing very well and the fish was thick and tasty. Looking forward to trying the other white fish over the next week or so.
Really impressed with my first order. Fish box was delivered promptly the next day well packaged. So far we've used the cod and made a monkfish curry. Looking forward to cooking the haddock and grey sole. Will definitely be placing more orders.
Lots of good quality fish - great value
The white fish box was delivered beautifully packed, and was so fresh. Some I used on the day and the rest I put straight in the freezer. It was good value for money and I will order again.
Have only had the haddock and the monkfish tail out of the box, but absolutely lush! Haddock was simply in breadcrumbs, but I had never cooked monkfish before and found a really simple recipe online. I used serrano ham to wrap round the fish after smearing red pepper tapenade on top. Roasted in oven for 25 mins at 200C fan. A. May. Zing!
Very pleased with the White Fish box. Great value. The fish were much larger than I am used to seeing in the Supermarket.
Sorry no pics this time but we have had the haddock (Italian baked fish)and the monkfish (Seared Monkfish with balsamic and sun dried tomatoes), and both meals delicious, thanks to the quality of the fish and the chef of course ! Second time buying and quality as good as first time.

The fish-box arrived this morning. All looked fresh and appetizing. Most went straight to the freezer but we had fresh Haddock for our dinner and it was just delicious. Looking forward to the Cod, Monk fish and the Sole in due course!! Thankyou very much.

Following a recommendation and discount code from the excellent fruit and veg company Firm Banana I ordered the Small White Fish box from Bernard Corrigan. It was ordered at 10pm and arrived before 8am the following morning - brilliant service! The fish was all beautifully vacuum-packed and could go straight into the freezer. This lovely selection of white fish has been of the highest quality, great value for money and lends itself to all sorts of tasty recipes!
